Gaia Fandom Drabble Exchange

Untitled (Larxene/Marluxia for t3h W0lfy)

The wonderful thing about sex as a Nobody was that there was no chance of their emotions getting in the way.

He had been the one to find her, lost in a thunderstorm on a rocky and desolate world, and there was a savagery to her, an instinctive cruelty that drew him to her immediately. He saw immediately that she was not like the others -- she was strong, impossibly strong, a sadistic creature with no need for the heart she had willfully discarded. She was like him. She was everything he had worked so hard to become and more.

When they were together there was no talking, none of the tender whispers and pretenses of real affection that marked the other clandestine couplings of the Organization. There was only their bodies, and their lust, and a purely physical joy that would never have been possible while they had still been weighed down by the fragile, emotional beings they had once been. Their sex was a rebellion, an expression of independence that even their Superior, with all his rules and regulations, could not quash.

They had never spoken of their bond outright. What would be the point? They already knew everything about each other that mattered, already knew what the other was planning from the instant they had met. The only thing left was to work out the details of their revolution, a revolution that no longer seemed such an impossibility now that he had such a willing and capable accomplice.

Soon, now, it would be complete. Soon the Organization would be theirs, and they could reorder it in their own image, into an order that would focus its incredible powers on something other than the futile search for meaning they had been wasted on so far.

And oh, what terror they would bring to the worlds when that day came.
